Allow focus infinity.
The outside silver ring was put in lock situation. If you want to change the angle of the lens, you have to rotate the outside silver ring with anti-clockwise to loosen, hand should be put on the handle position.
Please note the distance isn't as exactly degree.
After you setting the angle of the lens and just rotate the back silver ring in clockwise to tighten then you can take Tilt effect photo.
